A Special Old School Meeting in Springfield MA - Back To The Basics Campaigning

All for research and support - Old school campaigning at its finest. Back to the basic meet & greet on my front lawn. Think about it? In neighborhoods across the country, candidates going door to door, and having fun events so they can meet people and share who they are and what they are passionate about.

Western MA DJ Ron Carson from WSBS Radio Home of the Berkshire (Great Barrington, MA) came out to this event so he could experience this meet and greet up close; live and in the moment. Ron was learning about our candidates. He listened attentively as our State Representative Orlando Ramos and City Counselor Jesse Lederman (at large)(re-elect) spoke about important matters concerning our city, and how important the candidates are to the future success of this up and coming generation “Our Youth”. This was the main purpose of his visit to Springfield. The thought of "old school" style campaigning appealed to him because getting back to the basics can be quite effective!

This is a universal message for all of us. Ron wrote an informative and thought provoking blog, sending out a very strong message of hope and connections.

Voting is right around the corner, are you educated?

It is our responsibility as constituents to know who are candidates are and why they are running.
