There are many "holes" in the system, and we must be the ones to step up and fill in the gaps. Far too many children continue to die at the hands of their abusers, and we must change this narrative. Every day in the news we see a new precious face of an innocent child who is no longer here, and the stories are horrific. NO CHILD should ever have to endure such things.
Children are a gift and should be treated with care, NOT abuse.
We need to do better!
